How do I make a return?Updated 4 months ago

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, undamaged, unaltered, and unused. 

• Before returning;
  • The original packaging must be enclosed in another bag or box to preserve its quality. 
  • You can reuse the packing bag from the original shipment or use another form of packaging as long as it protects the original box. 
  • Items returned with tape or labels directly on the original packaging or products returned not in the original condition such as missing hangtags, labels, or protective coverings etc. will be refused or subject to a $15 restocking fee.

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

No exchanges or refunds are available for items purchased at discounted sale prices.
